More cartoon wardrobe! The Jazz Player, Danse Time, & A Change of Heart.

Done a little tweaking on the Jem & Other Dolls (Michael Jackson/wannabe fashions), added a few more fashions to The Jazz Player, Mardi Gras. Also after I don't know how long, the links have been fixed in the characters encyclopaedia - though still incomplete as of yet.
